2. Google OAuth & User Accounts

• Account Creation: You may log in via Google Sign-In.
• Data Access: We only access your Google public profile information (name, email, and profile picture) to authenticate your identity.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. We do not store your Google password.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

• Billing: Online subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your credit card details.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of AI computing resources, payments are non-refundable once the detection quota has been used, except as required by law.

4. Fair Use & Output Disclaimer

• Service Nature: Our tool provides statistical analysis to detect AI-generated text. It is for informational purposes only.
• Accuracy: We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. AI models evolve constantly. We are not liable for any false positives or false negatives.
• Data Retention: Text uploaded for detection is processed temporarily and is not used to train our models, nor shared with third parties.

5. US Privacy Compliance (CCPA / CPRA & FTC)

Pursuant to US privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Information We Collect: Email address, name (via Google), usage data, and billing info (via payment gateway).
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information or uploaded text to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Detector Text shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
